Halogen lamp

Halogen lamp is designed on the basis of aircraft floodlights with the use of quartz halogen burner. It consists of a floodlight and a metal case with the elements of binding. The power supply is from the embedded network of car or some other external source of current with the voltage of 12V, 24V (see the table of basic parameters).

The specialty of halogen lamps is the waterproof halogen optical element that prevents any contact of mirror coating of parabolic reflector with the atmosphere and gives the quality of the mirror coating its life-long guarantee in relation to widely-used models of lights. Thanks to the angle of radiation of 10° it possesses the luminous intensity that is capable of provide the dramatically accented lightning of the objects even in the artificial day. The usage of quartz halogen burner of different capacity (from 10 to 250 Wt) and the voltage (12V, 24V) enables us to have interchangeable optical elements of wide range for different use:

• car repairing;
• in field conditions for the lightning of stalls;
• they can be used by fishers, hunters, tourists;
• they can be used for the underwater work;
• EMERCOM workers, police and firemen can be supplied with them;
• the lovers of underwater sports can use them as a search lightning engine;
• it can be used for highlighting of advertisement hoarding, swimming pools, monuments, shop windows, museums, public and commercial buildings, towers, churches, hall with high ceilings, gyms, squares, in music shows, in gardens and other objects of social and cultural function.

Optical elements are produced with the use of aircraft technologies and materials and have high factor of safety and reliability. They stand considerable weight loads and vibrational loads, they work without the breaking to the glass on height and under the water, including sea water, they are stable to drastic change of temperatures from -60°C till + 80°C , to rain, snow, frost, salt frog, sand dust and other external factors.

The glass of optical elements can work for a long time in high temperatures without chilling and with preserving of high (no less than 0, 95) luminosity coefficient. The simplicity and reliability of the construction of the lamps give an opportunity to use them on different transport facilities:

• air transport;
• sea transport;
• land transport.

Halogen lamps are produced in two diameters of optical element – 110 and 145 mm and 2 variants of binding:

• on a variable bracket for the binding on a bumper or a boot and so on for the means of land transport;
• with a flange – for the binding on a body, a fuselage, skin of planes and shel of ships.
